Yin-Storative Yoga with Lisa Fahy

April 18th

7pm – 9pm

Deeply unwind, relax and rejuvenate through this very special evening with Lisa.

The session will include specific pranayama (breathing exercises) to balance and calm your nervous system. Yin and Restorative asanas (yoga postures) will be next, these are long held, deeply relaxing stretches that release aches, tension and emotions from your body while switching to the parasympathetic nervous system for overall improved health and wellbeing. This is followed by a long yoga nidra, a guided meditation practiced lying down that is considered to be more restful than sleep. To get the most from the evening please dress comfortably and make sure you are warm and have plenty of props – pillows, cushions and blankets.

All levels welcomed, including complete beginners.

Note: This workshop is recorded and the recording shared with 48h access.
